I run OrcaDeep
OrcaDeep is a Tunisian software company that builds its own SaaS products rather than one-off client projects. Five so far — invoicing and inventory, restaurant operations, drinking-water network modelling, rental property management, and accounting production — each shaped around how the work is actually done here, instead of being adapted from software written for another market.
As managing director I set the product direction, write a good share of the code, and stay close to the businesses using it. The freelance work below is the same engineering, applied to other people's problems.

What is OrcaDeep?
OrcaDeep is the Tunisian software company I run as managing director. We build and operate our own SaaS products — OrcaDeep Facture for invoicing and inventory, OrcaDeep Resto for restaurant management, OrcaNet for water network modelling, OrcaDeep Immo for rental property management, and OrcaDeep Compta for accounting production. It's separate from my freelance work, though the same engineering goes into both.
What exactly is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that plans, decides, and acts on its own. It reads context and picks the next step, instead of following one fixed script — like following up on a lead without you clicking a button.
How long does a typical project take?
Small automations often ship in one to two weeks. Full SaaS features or AI agents usually take four to eight weeks, depending on scope. I'll give you a clear estimate after our first call.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes, most of my clients aren't developers. I handle the technical decisions and explain trade-offs in plain language, so you can focus on your business instead of the implementation details.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. I regularly join projects mid-way, audit the existing code, and pick up from wherever the previous team left off. A short discovery phase comes first, so nothing breaks along the way.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, on a retainer or as-needed basis. Most clients keep me on for bug fixes, small feature requests, and monitoring — especially for AI agents that need occasional tuning.
What technologies do you typically use?
Mostly Next.js and Django, with PostgreSQL, Docker, and n8n or custom AI agents for automation. I pick the stack based on what the project actually needs, not a fixed template.
