OrcaNet is a design and simulation platform for drinking-water distribution networks. You lay out the network — junctions, pipes, pumps, valves, reservoirs and water towers — over satellite imagery with elevations pulled from a digital terrain model, then simulate it. It reports pressures, flow velocities, a network health score and the anomalies behind it, estimates cost, and exports a full diagnostic to PDF, HTML or Word. AI-assisted modules cover hydraulic and water-quality calibration, optimal sensor placement, network optimisation, transient regimes, early warning and a digital twin.

A complete platform for landlords and small agencies to run their rentals. Properties, tenants, leases and rent live in one back-office: rent calls go out, payments and receipts are tracked, and unpaid rent surfaces on its own. The legal paperwork — lease, notice to quit, guarantee deed, formal demand, management mandate — is generated as ready-to-send PDFs. Tenants get their own space with their lease, their receipts and a direct chat with the owner, and applicants can apply through a shared link without creating an account. An AI assistant answers questions about the portfolio and prepares actions, which the owner reviews and confirms before anything is recorded. Available in French, English and Arabic.

Accounting production software for Tunisian firms. Bank statements and invoices are read automatically — amounts, dates, tax numbers, VAT — and every line is proposed an accounting account. What sets it apart is that it learns: each correction the accountant makes becomes a rule, so the same supplier is classified the same way next time, whether it turns up as an invoice or as a bank transaction. When the software isn't confident it says so and leaves the field empty rather than guessing. Invoices are matched to their payments, the monthly tax filings are consolidated into a yearly view, and entries export to Sage. The AI runs on the firm's own machine, so client documents never leave the office.

A tower-defense game that doubles as a visual machine-learning lab — and the whole thing runs in a single browser tab, with no server, no Python and no ML library. Played by hand it's a real game: nine levels on a 20×14 grid, five tower types, traps and walls, and no fixed path, so the walls you place reshape the route enemies take. Hand the same game to the AI and it starts playing itself thousands of times over, knowing none of the rules and learning only from a score — points for kills and waves survived, penalties for leaks, losses and hoarding gold. You choose between two learning algorithms, adjust the reward rules and learning settings while training runs, and watch it go from flailing at random to building competent defences on live charts. The trained brain saves and exports as a JSON file.
